Jeanne Norman Chase: Jeanne was an accomplished teacher at Ringling College of Art and Design for seventeen years. Jeanne works from photographs but enhances the photograph to look more like a work of art, and less like a copy of a photo. Jeanne believes that to make an outstanding piece, “The artists’ passion should emanate from the art, if it does, than it can never be boring”. Douglas Teller: Since his retirement as a teacher from the George Washington University, Douglas Teller has moved to Sarasota where he has also taken an active role in the arts community. He is a member of the Southern Watercolor Society, Florida Watercolor Society, the Florida Artist's Group, Inc., and the Florida Suncoast Watercolor Society of which he was president for a term.
