Flowers? Same old? Again? NOPE! These beautiful grand scaled beauties will stop you in your tracks. Starting with fresh Floral/Plant specimens or a provided photo reference (or bring your own favorite) you will be working on a large all-over floral painting that may even veer to the abstract. Working in either acrylic or watercolor, you will be shown step-by-step how to start, produce and complete a stunning finished piece. Pre-painted sequential examples will be provided as well as in class demonstrations. By working extra large a mundane subject becomes a true artistic statement. Guided suggestions will be offered if you even want to modify the subject into a more abstract look. Whether realistic, impressionistic or abstract you will take home the most satisfying floral you ever painted!
