		Workshop Policies
		Fees and Deposits A $100 tuition deposit (per workshop) is required. No deposits are accepted on weekly classes. A separate $25 NONREFUNDABLE enrollment fee is also required (waived for Art Center Sarasota members). Please note: Full payment of fees is required at least 30 days before the workshop begins. Tuition varies for each workshop. Enrollment Students are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If a class is filled, applicants may be put on a waiting list, as requested. Materials List Each instructor requires different materials for their workshop. A list of these materials will be sent to each student on receipt of their deposit. Refunds Pre-paid tuition will be refunded under these terms: If Art Center Sarasota cancels a class, all money paid will be refunded to applicants. Full tuition refund --Notice of withdrawal must be written at least 30 days prior to the workshop ($25 enrollment fee is not refundable). Partial tuition refund -- For notice of withdrawal received less than 30 days prior to the workshop, deposit will be refunded only if the workshop is full (25 students).
