Break the boundaries of traditional lettering and strip away the “rules” of classic painting in this high energy workshop. This class is designed for those who want to create art that is loud, colorful, and is unapologetically graphic!
We will explore how to stack, tilt, and layer text to transform a simply 6 or 8 letter word into a complicated visual puzzle. By blending the informative intentions behind graphic design with the soul of painting, each student will walk away with a finished, one-of-a-kind canvas that illustrates their chosen word with a bold, vibrant, modern approach.
